1. Returning an order (right of withdrawal)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The quickest way is our withdrawal function. All details are in our Right of Withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please include your order number in the parcel so we can process your refund quickly. A short note to info@pumpedpongo.com before sending helps us, but it is not required.

To keep your full refund, please only try on the item as you would in a shop. You may be charged for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that, for example washing or wearing.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@pumpedpongo.com or via our contact form. Photos of the item and the order number help us resolve it quickly. We will then offer a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights (two years from delivery) remain unaffected.

3. Choosing the right size

Each shirt is printed after you order it. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you are unsure, just ask us before you order.
